| Wind Farms Greenwind Power Corp's primary focus is the development of grid based wind farms in Southwest Alberta, the location of one of the strongest and steadiest wind regimes found anywhere in the world. ALBERTA, CANADA The Pincher Creek and surrounding area of southern Alberta provide wind resources at capacity factors far in excess of other areas in North America, and is emerging as Canada's hotspot for economically viable wind energy development. Having confirmed with their own independent research that the wind resources in southern Alberta provide for economically viable wind farms, Greenwind has secured a total or partial working interest in the following projects to develop between 500 MW and 1,500 MW of renewable energy. This portfolio of projects effectively seals the company's development rights to meet its targeted objectives, and ensures the company's steady path. The following provides a brief overview of Greenwind's selected projects in Canada. Prairie Home: The first project, planned and developed to the pre-construction phase is a proposed 60 MW wind power electrical generation plant at the Prairie Home Hutterian Brethren Colony ("PH"). The first order has been placed with Enercon to provide the delivery of E73 2.3MW turbines for the commencement of phase 1. Wind data for the past three years has shown the average annual wind speed to be about 19 kph at 10 meters above ground and at 27 kph (7.5m/sec) at 50 meters above ground. The estimated wind capacity is about 35%, which will generate an average electricity production output of slightly under 200 GWh per year. Greenwind Power Corp owns a 5% interest in the PH wind farm. Naturener Southridge Energy Inc.:
Located in the Municipal District of Pincher Creek, the proposed Naturener Southridge Energy Wind Farm project covers 3200 acres with an energy capacity of 100 MW. The property lies 10 kilometers northwest of the Pincher Creek Airport, a crucial meteorological hub which could prove invaluable to wind farm development. Three years of wind data collected at the property demonstrate favorable similarities to data collected at the airport, which reports an average annual wind speed of 21.5 kilometers per hour at 10 meters. Neighbouring wind farms such as Cowley Ridge, Canada's first, further demonstrate the viability of the area. The project is scheduled for engineering feasibility and permitting in late 2006, with financing and build-out planned for 2007. Greenwind owns a 49% interest in this project. Yagos:
Zoratti Flats:
West Raley: Situated in Cardston County of southwest Alberta, the West Raley Wind Farm Project property covers 5000 acres with a potential energy capacity of 120 MW. An application permit to erect a second meterological tower, (80 metres), was submitted May 9, 2007. There are two years of favourable wind data collected for this property. Greenwind owns a 49% interest in this project.
