ENERCON wind energy converters are the world's most technologically advanced wind turbines available today. Having pioneered the gearless wind turbine in combination with variable pitch blades and a variable speed rotor, ENERCON has manufactured these advanced machines since 1992. Current wind energy technology allows for the elimination of the gearbox and all its related inefficiencies.
